Background

CSS has recently established a Professional Billing Center in Texas.  We are independent licensees of American Billing Systems, which was established in 1988.  We are bonded, certified cash flow specialists.

Our electronic claims filing service offers a cure.  We can quickly solve your insurance billing problems by filing your claims electronically.  Your overhead will be lower, your cash flow will increase dramatically, and rejected claims will fall to about 2 %. Your patients will end up happier because you and your staff will finally have the time and energy to really care for them, not bill collecting.

Patient Payment Plan

The Patient Payment Plan uses “pre-authorized checking” to insure that all monthly payments are received on time for each patient signed up on the service.  Instead of wondering when, or, if your patients are going to send in their payments, you receive a pre-authorized check on time each month for every patient on the program.  You simply take the pre-authorized checks to your bank and deposit them like normal checks.
